CANCELLATION POLICY

At Salty Salon & Extension Bar, we value your time and ours. Many appointments are reserved weeks or even months in advance. To best serve all of our guests, appointment reminders are sent 72 hours before your appointment, with an additional reminder 48 hours prior. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy applies: 48+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours' notice: A fee equal to 100% of the reserved service(s) will be charged. No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s). Appointments booked within 48 hours: A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide at least 4 hours' notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Multiple-service appointments: Appointments consisting of multiple services that are canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s). A 50% non-refundable booking deposit may be required when scheduling multiple-service appointments. A valid credit card is required to reserve future appointments and will be securely stored on file. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy. Our cancellation policy allows us the opportunity to offer appointment times to guests on our waitlist while respecting the time of our stylists.
